We stayed in a room with a very unique decor and a nice bathroom, and the service was absolutely incredible. Plus, we took advantage of the on-site parking.

Great service, very unique views of sea from my king suite. Comfy bed, a refrigerator, an electric kettle and a microwave.

We booked deluxe queen room and liked it. Good location easy to get to the downtown areas was a plus. Café Plaza Moro Restobar located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

The location of the hotel was exceptional, within walking distance of everywhere we needed to go. The room amenities, including the mini bar, central heating, and individual safe, were great. The staff were very friendly and genuinely helpful. No complaints at all.

The location was good in a local area, short walk to the sea and harbour, and the main attractions. Our room itself was good sized and beautifully designed with a balcony.

The hotel offers great-sized and fashionable rooms with amazing views. The design of the hotel is also amazing, and the service is top-notch. The location is particularly good, with fabulous views of the harbor and easy access to restaurants and Valparaiso. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near public transport.

I had a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card in the good sized and nice styled room. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The hotel was in a stunning location, close to the tourist area of Valparaíso. By the way, it was just a pleasant stroll away from a hilltop house museum.

The view from my room at Winebox was spectacular, overlooking the city and the ocean. The complimentary cheese platter was a nice touch after being moved to a quieter room due to a shower drain issue. The rooftop bar and breakfast were great additions to my stay. Overall I highly recommend Winebox.

Plus, the leisure facilities here are top-notch, making it perfect for business travelers or vacationers. The rooms are well-designed, and the service is exceptional. The warm and friendly staff will make your stay quite memorable.

The only downside we noticed is that the cleaning of floors could be improved a bit.

The breakfast at this place was absolutely delicious, and we loved the peaceful location and the amazing views from our room, which was spotlessly clean; don't forget to visit the nearby Cafe Pitra for some tasty tea or coffee.
